60 days, every paid plan. If SpamKill hasn't stopped your form spam within 60 days of your first payment, we'll refund every subscription dollar you've paid.
Give us one honest shot. The guarantee applies when SpamKill is installed on the affected forms per our setup docs (plugin, transformer, or integration) and you've let our support team attempt a fix — most "it's not working" cases are a two-minute configuration change.
What's refunded. Subscription fees for the period, to your original payment method. One claim per customer.
