What's the lead limit on each plan?
Each plan has a monthly cap on clean leads — submissions that pass SpamKill's filters and reach your CRM. The caps are 500 on Starter, 2,500 on Growth, 5,000 on Professional, 15,000 on Business, 50,000 on Scale, and 200,000 on Elite. Pick the plan closest to your expected monthly volume. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime as your traffic changes.
Does spam count against my limit?
No. Your monthly limit only counts clean leads — the submissions SpamKill lets through to your CRM. Every spam submission we block is on us — it doesn't eat into your quota, no matter how much spam you get hit with. You only pay for the real submissions that reach you.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Protection never stops. The first time you exceed your limit, we send a heads-up email instead of charging overage — your first overage is free. Soft overage billing only kicks in if you go over for two consecutive months, at affordable per-block rates (e.g. $5/100 on Starter, $10/5,000 on Scale, $10/10,000 on Elite). You'll get alerts at 80%, 100%, and 150% of your limit, and we'll always show you whether upgrading is cheaper than paying overage.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties either way.
Is there a free trial on every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start. Growth Teams and High-Volume plans also include a strategy call.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — get 2 months free when you pay annually (effectively ~17% off). That's available on every plan from Starter through Elite. Toggle the annual/monthly switch on any pricing section to see the exact savings. Enterprise plans have custom billing arrangements.

Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Flat monthly pricing. The only additional charge would be overage if you consistently exceed your lead limit — and even then, we give you a grace period the first month and always show you if upgrading would be cheaper.
