What's the lead limit on each plan?
Each plan has a yearly cap on clean leads — submissions that pass SpamKill's filters and reach your CRM. The caps are 6,000 on Starter, 30,000 on Growth, 60,000 on Professional, 180,000 on Business, 600,000 on Scale, and 2.4 million on Elite. Busy and quiet months draw from the same annual pool, so pick the plan that covers your expected volume for the year. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime as your traffic changes.
Does spam count against my limit?
No. Your limit only counts clean leads — the submissions SpamKill lets through to your CRM. Every spam submission we block is on us — it doesn't eat into your quota, no matter how much spam you get hit with. You only pay for the real submissions that reach you.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Protection never stops. The first time you exceed your yearly limit, we send a heads-up email instead of charging overage — your first overage is free. If you keep going over, soft overage billing kicks in at affordable per-block rates (e.g. $5/100 on Starter, $10/5,000 on Scale, $10/10,000 on Elite). You'll get alerts at 80%, 100%, and 150% of your limit, and we'll always show you whether upgrading is cheaper than paying overage.
My traffic fluctuates a lot — how do I pick a plan?
Far less than it would with monthly-capped tools — SpamKill limits are yearly. A slammed month and a quiet month draw from the same annual pool, so a spike never hits a mid-month wall. Estimate your leads for the year ahead (last year's total is a good guide) and pick the plan that covers it — every card also shows the monthly average for reference. If you outgrow your plan mid-year, upgrading takes one click and applies instantly.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties either way.
Is there a free trial on every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start. Growth Teams and High-Volume plans also include a strategy call.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — get 2 months free when you pay annually (effectively ~17% off). That's available on every plan from Starter through Elite. Toggle the annual/monthly switch on any pricing section to see the exact savings. Enterprise plans have custom billing arrangements.
